•        Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to a defect covered under our Warranty Policy.

Jewellery Warranty Policy

All jewellery purchases come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

•        Structural defects in the jewellery caused by manufacturing faults

In the event of a covered defect, we will assess the item and determine the best resolution either a full replacement with a new piece or professional repair, at our discretion.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow jewellery care guidelines, including:

•        Physical damage caused by improper use — for example, wearing delicate bracelets while sleeping, exercising, or during activities that place stress on the piece

•        Discolouration, tarnishing, or damage caused by prolonged exposure to chemicals — such as extended time in pools with high chlorine concentration, hot tubs, or harsh cleaning agents

•        Damage caused by attempting to clean jewellery with homemade or abrasive cleaning products

•        Lost jewellery or missing stones due to accidental loss

•        Normal wear and tear over time

Please note: Sterling silver is a naturally durable metal; however, it may react when exposed to certain chemicals. To preserve your piece, we recommend removing jewellery before swimming, bathing, or applying cosmetics.

3. Complimentary Cleaning Service

As part of our commitment to your jewellery's longevity, we are happy to offer free professional cleaning to all our customers. Whether your piece needs a refresh or you simply want to maintain its sparkle, bring it in and we will take care of it — no warranty claim required.

4. Extended Warranty

For added peace of mind, an Extended Warranty is available for purchase at an additional cost. The extended warranty provides continued coverage beyond the standard 1-year period. Please enquire with our team for pricing and details.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

•        Contact us with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

•        Describe the defect or issue with your piece

•        Send or bring the jewellery to us for evaluation
